This Grow Round was founded with a vision to support girls and young women throughout Illinois during some of the most formative years of their lives. Rooted in personal experience and a deep commitment to mentorship, our organization was created to help fill the gaps in guidance, emotional support, life-skills education, and access to meaningful resources that many girls face while growing up. What began as a personal calling has grown into This Grow Round, an Illinois 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls ages 8–22. Through mentorship, support, education, and community-based resources, we help girls build confidence, make healthy decisions, overcome challenges, and step into their full potential as empowered and successful young women.
